Sundays Cat Hotel is a feline centric cat boarding facility in Singapore dedicated to providing exceptional cat care in a serene, cat-only environment. As an AVS-licensed cat hotel, we focus on the comfort, mental and emotional wellbeing of every feline guest.

Cat Play Attendant (Seasonal)

Part Time / Seasonal
This is a flexible, part-time role with demand peaking during school holidays, long weekends, and travel seasons (especially June, November, and December).
Shifts are typically 4–6 hours starting from 1100 HRS onwards.

SGD $10 - 12/hour (depending on the tasks that you take on)

Cat care
Interact and socialise with cats to ensure comfort and enrichment
Light grooming
Look out for cats’ general wellbeing
Capture photos and videos for updates and records
Clean cat bowls, litter boxes, rooms, and related areas

Singaporean Citizen / PR
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience as a cat owner, this is essential.
Experience in the animal care/veterinary industry is a bonus.
Able bodied to do general housekeeping in an air conditioned environment
All applicants are required to go through a work trial to assess suitability.

Cat Care Attendant (Full-time)

Cat care
Interacting / Socialising
Feeding
Grooming
Monitoring general wellbeing
Providing basic medical care
Customer care
Assisting customers with room bookings and service requests
Communicating with customers about the wellbeing of their cats (written and photos/videos)
Conducting hotel tours
Infrastructure care
Cleaning of cat cutleries, litter boxes, cat rooms etc.
Team (only for senior attendants)
Facilitate team onboarding and training based on established SOPs

Singaporean Citizen / PR
Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other languages is a bonus
Experience as a cat owner/live with cats, this is essential.
Experience in the animal care/veterinary industry and customer service is preferred.

Cat Care Specialist (Full-time)

Operations
Be able to perform all jobscope requirements of the Cat Care Attendant
Facilitate efficient day to day operations
Ensure excellent customer service
Manage facilities, equipment and supplies
Identify challenges and inefficiencies with operations (systems, cat health, facilities etc.)
Work with management to resolve issues identified
Team
Facilitate team onboarding and training based on established SOPs
Identify challenges among the team

Singaporean Citizen / PR
Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other languages with customers is a bonus
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and animal care/veterinary industry is required. Relevant education background will be preferred.
